Shipping policy

The Hair Fairy Collection processes and ships orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is received.

• Processing time does not include shipping time.

• During sales or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–4 days once shipped.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

• We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• The Hair Fairy Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

• Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider.

Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for review.
