ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, The Hair Fairy Collection does not accept returns or exchanges on hair bundles or wigs.

 No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    •    Change of mind

    •    Incorrect item selected at checkout

    •    Wrong length, texture, or color chosen

    •    Items that have been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, altered, or tampered with.


Please carefully review your order before completing checkout!!!

 


 Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

    •    Your order number

    •    Clear photos of the item and original packaging


Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Refunds will be issued ONLY if a replacement is unavailable.


 Shipping Issues

 


The Hair Fairy Collection is not responsible for:

    •    Shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

    •    Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout!


Refund Processing (If Approved)

    •    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    •    Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
